Take time to Dream

Take a moment, an hour, or a day if you can to spend time thinking about the world you want to live in.

In Imagination: A Manifesto, Dr. Ruha Benjamin mentions a parable: “who we imagine ourselves to be matters a great deal to who we become”. She reminds us of the power of our inner worlds. When we focus our attention on the world we want to create, instead of the one we’re stuck in, it helps us start to see opportunities differently.

We dream of a world where:

  • People have everything they need to survive: food, shelter, water, education, community.

  • Nature is accessible and thriving.

  • No one is judged based on who they are, only how they treat others.

  • We’re building a better world, together

What type of world do you dream of?
